During my time as a Visual Designer at the U.S. Bank, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience and usability of the bank's mobile app. My contributions were instrumental in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various banking applications, such as the mobile app and authenticated online shopping experiences.

The need
Financial decisions often come with emotional undertones. Sharing your emotions, fears, and aspirations associated with buying financial products can resonate deeply with readers and guide them through the emotional aspects of their own choices.
This is why U.S. Bank created a mobile app life moment hub, where customers can find valuable information based topics.
I helped create a digital experience where we can offer guidance/advice through articles, videos, and other content to help guide them through a moment and confidently take the next step.
