U.S. Bank Mobile Marketplace
During my time as a Visual Designer at the U.S. Bank, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience and usability of the bank's mobile app. My contributions were instrumental in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various banking applications, such as the mobile app and authenticated online shopping experiences.

The need
With the increasing reliance on mobile devices, people expect seamless access to a wide range of financial products directly from their smartphones. A mobile marketplace provides unparalleled convenience, allowing users to explore, compare, and purchase financial products anytime, anywhere.

Design
By thoroughly discovering the existing native app and its context, I was well-equipped to approach the redesign with a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. This discovery phase sets the stage for a successful and user-centered redesign process.
