U.S. Bank Mobile Marketplace

During my time as a Visual Designer at the U.S. Bank, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience and usability of the bank's mobile app. My contributions were instrumental in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various banking applications, such as the mobile app and authenticated online shopping experiences.

UX

The need

With the increasing reliance on mobile devices, people expect seamless access to a wide range of financial products directly from their smartphones. A mobile marketplace provides unparalleled convenience, allowing users to explore, compare, and purchase financial products anytime, anywhere.

Discovery

During my team at U.S. Bank we reviewed the existing native app in detail. Explore its features, functionalities, navigation flow, visual design, and overall user experience. Take note of what works well and what pain points users currently experience.
